At Armada, we believe that
real estate is personal.
Every individual—across all ages and socio-economic levels—touches real estate. While ownership or the ability to invest in property may be out of reach for many, our goal is to provide broad access to the real estate asset class.
We level the real estate
playing field.
We invest in publicly traded real estate investment trusts, known as REITs, which themselves make investments in income-producing real estate. By packaging REITs in an exchange-traded fund (ETF), we provide diversified real estate exposure via a liquid, tax-efficient and easy-to-access vehicle.
What is a REIT?
Pronounced “REET”
A REIT is a company that owns, operates or finances income-producing real estate. Publicly traded REITs trade on an exchange, like stock. To qualify as a REIT, the company must distribute 90% of its dividends to shareholders.
